Iwatsu Test Instruments Corp. will launch the SY-8258 B-H/m analyzer on May 26, 2003. B-H analyzers are commonly used for both R&D and production line QA as instruments for measuring the characteristics of soft magnetic materials. The SY-8258 is a next-generation alternative to the SY-8216, SY-8232 and SY-8217, which have long been popular in magnetic material applications.
The SY-8258 can cover the conventional B-H/Pc measurement functions of B-H analyzers and Bs/Br/Hc measurement functions of DC-B-H analyzers, as well as provide mi/L (inductance)/Q measurement, eliminating the need for separate LCR meters or impedance analyzers.
